SATELLITE OF LOVE + SLOW CORPSE

About the Music: Ashland, Oregon favorites Slow Corpse, make languid soul and gauzy dream pop that float effortlessly over a bed of nuanced post-rock melodic complexity. Taut, arrestingly propulsive R&B-tinged melodic hooks ebb and flow against an ever-present undercurrent of woozy psychedelica. Born out of the creative union of artists from very different musical ecosystems, Fables manages to blend seemingly disparate elements together in a record that is both intellectually compelling, absolutely of-the-moment, and just plain catchy as hell.

About the Beer–Satellite of Love Saison with Apricot: This Saison has gone up to the skies, the apricot drives me out of my mind.  I'll drink it for a little while, I like to drink delicious things.  Satellite of Love.  Look out for flavors of fresh apricot, hay, subtle baking spies, with the complex ester and phenol characteristics created by combining French and Belgian Saison yeast strains.

About the Artist:  Yoskay Yamamoto was born and raised in Toba, Japan. Yoskay moved the United States at the age of 15.  A self-trained illustrator, Yamamoto's artistic tastes expanded as he fell in love with the urban culture of the west coast. Yamamoto discovered a way to fuse the two different cultural backgrounds together into his work.  Yamamoto nostalgically blends pop iconic characters from his new western home with traditional and mythical Japanese elements, balancing his Asian heritage with urban pop art.   More at Yoskay.com.
