Sayonara and good riddance, 2016. It's a new year and Gigantic is resolved to be about fresh new things and a change of mental scenery. Meet Jared Mees. He's going to help us achieve said goal. Jared is is a musician, guitarist, vocalist, poet and the proprietor of Tender Loving Empire in Portland, Oregon. He is releasing his fourth studio album, Life is Long on April 21st, but you get a sneak preview. We think Jared's song "Echo Chamber" pairs well with Gigantic's bright- and dare we say hopeful- Sound and Vision Winter Pale Ale.
THE SONG: You, dear Gigantic Drinker, have access to an exclusive download of "Echo Chamber," one of the songs from Jared's upcoming album. Download it here from Tender Loving Empire.
THE BEER: Sound and Vision is a winter pale ale made with Marris Otter and Crystal malts. It derives bright tropical fruit, berry and "dank" hop flavors from Pacific Jade and Mosaic hops.
