Inspired by our favorite gin, we meticulously blended a medley of herbs, spices and hops to create this botanical brew, which we then aged in Japanese saki barrels traditionally crafted from cedar. This remarkable beer is a collaboration between Shiga Kogen Brewery from Nagano, Japan, Hair Of The Dog and Gigantic, brewed to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Shiga Konen Beer!
